Please note that we can’t afford the shipping fees for returning items and possible customs duties during the return process. 

After receiving the returned package, we will apply for a refund or exchange the items for our customers.

No matter why you are not happy with your purchase, please get in touch with us first and ship the item to the right address in marketable condition.

Guide to Return 

Please make sure that the products are in their original condition.

That means the product hasn’t been washed, worn, plastic packing removed, or damaged.

Items with customized names and numbers or Washed already, can not be returned (no quality problem), Please understand. 

Exchange Policy:

Items without customized badges 、 names or numbers,  can be exchanged for other same-value items or pay a different price to exchange other items, but you should pay the shipping fee for sending back and resent.

What can I do to solve the problem of the wrong items being exchanged?

1. You can ship back to exchange. you need to pay the shipping back.

2. You can pay  50% of the exchange item, and we will resend you other items if you want to exchange the wrong item again.​
